Hi guys, just bought a Bravo T-jet 150 and I'd like to know which are the (best) options of piggybacks for this version. tks in advance! Forums.
I heard that the stilo and the new bravo are the same underneath. So would it be possible to put the 1.4 t -jet engine into a stilo?
The manifold is the same for the VL37 (standard T-Jet turbo), VL36 and VL38. It would be perfectly fine to just swap the turbo and map it, but if you want more than around 155bhp you'll need to mod a few more things. My car has: VL36 Turbo, Forge Intercooler, GSR Induction, 2.5" Catback exhaust, De-cat, Forge Actuator. OEM upgrade turbocharger for the Fiat Linea 1.4 T-jet or Fiat Punto 1.4 Abarth sold in India. Supports 200-220 Horsepower with the right supporting modifications (Larger Injectors, Intercooler, Exhaust) This part will bolt-on, however will require a new V-band Style Down-pipe and a divertor valve delete (Sold Separately). It's not just the engine - you can even hear linkages working as you change gear, and the fan whirs so loudly you'd think it was coming from the bus in front. If i am any lighter on the throttle I may aswell push the car :-D. The issue is not to do with driving style, when the issue happens, until i step off the throttle (even if pressed very lightly) the power does not restore, but when it happening i can push the throttle to the floor and nothing happens, well on one or two occassion the power has gradually restored.Alright lads? Recently bought a Bravo 1.4 Dynamic T-jet (150bhp) I'm looking to add a little more power- well, as much as possible with stock internals really. Could you guys link me any sites/companies that sell parts for Bravo's as I'm having a hard time finding any myself. Also, feel freeUsually ready in 2-4 days. View store information. Following our Famous TMC Motorsport Stage 2 TD04 Turbo Kit, we now have the TMC GT1446 Hybrid Turbo Conversion Kit! This can be run safely around 235 BHP with accompaning Modifcations. However with some extra accompaning modifications you can see figures of up to around 250 BHP. GP 1.9 is 8v engine, Bravo 150 is 16v engine- port design/spacing may be different. 2. Gp turbo is a one-piece unit complete with the manifold, Bravo is like a normal turbo. 3. GP turbo inlet is from the cambelt side (O/S of engine bay), Bravo inlet is from gearbox side (N/S) 4. Map power figures (200+) for the Bravo turbo are helped by it .
